Posted in FOOD on February 4, 2010 by pralinesncreamI went to GreenBelt 5 the other day and stopped by a joint called LUSSO to try out this particular burger that I’ve heard that people were raving about. I ended up ordering the FOIE GRAS burger as pictured below. It’s very delicious and ranks up there with the best tasting burgers I’ve tried. They implement foie gras which is duck liver into the burger. It may sound unorthodox but it’s definitely worth a taste if in the area.
My friend’s a pescatarian so they went with the salmon platter.
Sansrival for dessert! If you get a chance, try to visit this place if you are at GreenBelt 5 in Makati! Very good for midscale dining!

PIKE PLACE MARKET
Posted in SEATTLE, VACATION on January 10, 2010 by pralinesncreamSeattle is known for three things. 1. Space Needle. 2. Rain. 3. Fish Market. I’ve seen footage on television of the famous fish market in Seattle where they infamously threw the fish from worker to worker. The fish market is called PIKE PLACE MARKET and is a pretty big market that sells all types of produce, vegetables, and seafood. I decided to check it out on a drizzly Monday morning.
Here’s a shot of the famous market place. Underneath houses MANY different types of seafoods including fishes, crabs, and lobsters.
I’m not sure what kind of fish this is but it looked pretty awesome. I couldn’t imagine eating this. lol
Oysters are one of my FAVORITES. I had my share of oyster shots during my stay here. Fresh oysters!
There are all types of fish for sale. Trouts, salmon, you name it, they’ve got it. I was told that the fish sold here were swimming in the ocean a few hours earlier!
DUNGENESS CRABS. The most famous crab in Seattle.
The KING CRAB LEGS were super good as well. I had these with butter at a local restaurant.
One of my favorites is the LOBSTER TAILS! I love this with MELTED BUTTER! It’s one of my favorites!
Parting shot. It was a great trip If you’re in SEATTLE, I’d have to say that this place is a MUST SEE place. Pretty awesome! PNC TV to come REAL SOON!
